Amy Cornwell 

Founder/ CEO and Lead Designer

From her humble beginnings designing her first Christmas basket for a property manager to installing her first Christmas tree in a small lobby back in 2007, Amy has never forgotten that her work ethic has brought her to the place she is today. Armed with a fervent personality for life and finding any excuse to throw a party, she paired her passion for Christmas (her favorite holiday of course) and design eye to form a one two punch with The Decorum Group. She leads teams of over 15 people on multiple job sites during the months of November and December, so needless to say things can get a bit busy, but that's how she likes it. She is passionate about her family, work, clients and relationships.



John Cornwell

Logistics and Quality Control

John has been involved with the company from the start in 2007. From outdoor lighting, to warehouse management, website building and maintenance logistics, quality control, tree set ups, tear downs, and sales (did we miss anything?). He's done it all. He is happy to call decorum his second home, as he has been found a few nights out of the busy season to be sleeping overnight in the warehouse. He loves his wife and kids and relishes any chance they spend time together. He has enjoyed watching the company grow to what it is today and is excited for the future.



Rene Mendoza

Outdoor Tree Lighting and Warehouse

Rene recently joined the company two years ago, he rocks our outdoor tree lighting department. His strong work ethic and light show talents give us an edge in outdoor tree lighting design. He tells the best jokes and always brings the best food to every job site during the winter months. He is a joy and we are thankful to have him here at TDG.



Lorrena Ramirez

Accounting and Lead Scheduler

Lorrena has been a part of many established companies as a leader and catalyst for growth. She still works has a CFO and marketing specialist.  Her years of experience in the realm of business administration, accounting and finance are a welcome entity to TDG.  We are fortunate to have her as we know her work ethic, attitude and experience will launch the company forward into new endeavors and client spaces.  Lorrena lives in the San Antonio area with her fur babies and is a graduate of St. Mary's University. 





Matt Preblich

Administration 

Matt has been with the company for the past two years, he oversees scheduling for our large client contracts and also is an IT wizard! His sharp mind and keen intellect make him a great addition to the decorum team where he also dabbles in accounting and website maintenance. Matt is recently a newlywed with his wife Sammi and a dad to two fur babies.
